| We arrived at Birmingham on Saturday night, 29th September, exhausted, to be met by a cheery, smart lady, who directed us to another employee who instructed us politely on the next step. I had expected an ordinary taxi but the car that pulled up for us was exceptionally clean, and the chauffeur neat, tidy and polite. The gentleman took great care with our luggage, was an extremely good driver, and very considerate. The luxury of the car enabled us to relax and the journey home exceeded our expectations.
So, please accept our very grateful thanks to all concerned, and note that in these folk you have staff to be very proud of. |
