| I just wanted to drop you a note to comment on the service that we received
from one of your drivers, Steve Bailey.
My wife and I flew with Emirates from Birmingham to Dubai on Sunday 5th
October, returning on Friday 17th. Steve picked us up from our house, he
was on time, very professional and very friendly. He took details of our
return trip and said he would make arrangements to be the driver that
picked us up, which he duly did.
Again he was friendly and cheerful but at all times professional. He
remembered where we were going, asked us about our trip and even asked
about a cold that my wife had had when we flew out.
We were very pleased with the service that we got, and would recommend
Steve to any of your customers.
